Operational information
Commerce OS stores business records required to manage RFQs, sourcing, quotations, orders, suppliers, customers and related evidence. Access is limited by staff role and legal-entity authorization.
Security & audit data
Authentication, session and security events may be recorded to protect the platform, investigate issues and maintain an auditable operating history.
Public exposure
The FVOO gateway does not publish live customer, supplier, pricing, RFQ or order data. Operational records remain behind staff authentication.
